1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Patient: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Missed Appointments: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment made for the service.

2. Prepaid Packages and Treatments

  • Refunds on Packages: If you purchase a package of treatments and wish to discontinue the use of the package, refunds will only be considered for unused treatments. The refund amount will be calculated based on the full price of individual treatments already availed, minus any applicable fees.
  • Non-Refundable Packages: Certain promotional packages or discounted offers are non-refundable. Please review the terms of the offer carefully before purchase.

3. Products

  • Product Returns: Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been opened or used. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange for an exchange.

4. Refund Policy

  • If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will only be processed for services or products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Please note that certain treatments and services are non-refundable once they have been rendered.

  • We strive to ensure the best possible outcomes with our treatments. However, individual results may vary, and refunds will not be provided for unsatisfactory results unless due to an error in the service provided by our team.
